Brian Grimone, Owner/Principal Agent
Brian started his career with Nationwide Insurance in 1983, working in their corporate office in downtown Columbus. In 1991, he ventured into sales with Nationwide. In 1994, he acquired his first agency in South Charleston, Ohio and opened a second location in nearby Springfield, Ohio. Eventually, these offices were combined to just one location in Springfield. In 2002, the agency acquired a location in New Carlisle, Ohio and recently opened a location in Westerville, Ohio. In 2019, he acquired the Ledbetter Insurance Group in Columbus/Grove City, Ohio.
Brian has been married to his wife, Sherri, for thirty-five years and they have three children: Jessica, Kristin, and Mitchell. Brian has a Bachelors in Communications from Bowling Green State University, is a Fellow in the Life Management Institute, a Farm Certified Agent, and a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist. He is licensed to sell insurance in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.
He has been a member of The Ohio Farm Bureau, and has previously held positions on church councils and as a School Board Chairperson. He is active in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary.
Pamela Morris, Office Manager
Pamela has been in the insurance industry since 2013 and came to manage our Springfield office in April 2016. A lifetime resident of Springfield/Clark County and graduate of Springfield North High School, she is married and has three adult sons. Pamela has completed numerous insurance courses both locally and at accredited insurance training schools.
Pamela truly derives satisfaction from helping people properly protect their assets. Pamela has never met a stranger, and it is a testament to her customer service skills that clients will specifically seek her out to address issues, or even just stop by the office to chat. She believes in the products and services offered by our agency and will work hard to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your account.
Penny Seligh
Penny has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She acquired her C.P.C.U. designation in 1997.
Penny's favorite part of her long insurance career is being able to help others. She looks forward to her new role at the Grimone Ledbetter insurance agency.
Penny has lived in Pickaway county for over 25 years. She is married with two grown children and 2 grand children.
Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Dayton, and currently works in our Westerville office. During his time at college, he worked in the office in customer service. Since then, he has become involved in sales and customer retention.
